Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms govern the use of the Pixly website. By browsing this website, you accept these Terms of Service, without prejudice to specific conditions agreed in proposals, contracts or commercial communications.
1. Website use
The Pixly website presents information about digital displays, digital signage, LED panels, digital windows, digital menus, digital mupis, interactive whiteboards, queue management, CMS software, application sectors, case studies and editorial content. Users must use the website lawfully, responsibly and without impairing its operation.
2. Commercial information
Information available on the website is general informational and commercial content. Although we aim to keep content updated, technical specifications, availability, prices, deadlines, included services and commercial conditions must be confirmed in an individual proposal or contract.
3. Contact and recommendation requests
When submitting a form, the user declares that the information provided is true, current and that they have authority to represent the company or entity indicated, where applicable. Submitting a form does not create a contracting obligation or a binding offer by Pixly.
4. Proposals, quotations and services
Any supply of equipment, installation, configuration, software, maintenance, support or additional development depends on a specific commercial proposal, express acceptance and, where applicable, payment of the agreed conditions. Final agreed conditions always prevail over generic information displayed on the website.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, images, graphics, design, structure, logos, brands, editorial content and other website elements are owned by Pixly, Digital Matters or third-party licensors. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or using these contents for commercial purposes without prior authorisation is not permitted.
6. Third-party content
The website may include references, links, integrations or third-party tools. Pixly does not fully control those services and is not responsible for their content, policies, operation or privacy practices.
7. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, total absence of errors, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of all content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixly is not liable for indirect damages, business losses, data loss, interruptions, decisions made solely based on general website information or misuse of the website by third parties.
9. Data protection and cookies
Use of the website is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we process personal data, forms, analytics technologies, advertising and cookie preferences.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes. The updated version will be published on this page with the last updated date.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to mandatory legal rules, the applicable Portuguese courts shall have jurisdiction.
